Shipment processing time


All orders are delivered within 15-30 business days, depending on your destination.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be subject for minor delays. Please allow additional days until your order is delivered to your destination. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 72 hours.

Feel VR is not responsible for notifications of courier services about your package delivery. If the product wasn’t picked up by you from the local post office and returns back to us, you can pay for resending it at your own expense or request a refund.


Customs, Duties and Taxes


Feel VR is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).




Feel VR is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
